Poor sleep fuels anxiety. Restful sleep, and deep dreaming, serve our need to ease conflicts. Troubling situations are often unresolved during a day’s living. So, a person needs to dream to help sustain a living balance. If you don’t sleep well, it’s not unreasonable to feel off balance. Come restore that balance.
